'Very near the city centre, very new, clean and with stylish interieur. Easy Check-in, coffee machine, hot water boiler, smart tv, fast wifi, many plug sockets and lights. One if our best accomodation during our trip. The only things I have to "complain" about is that an aircondition would be great (they installed an fan, but that's not the same) and I would place more hooks for the towels (the ones on the bathroom door couldn't stand wet towels and broke down. 'Parking was easy, managed to park outside front door. Check in was simple although the key cards did not work first time. The room was large and very comfortable. Everything we need was provided. Bathroom was spotless, we appreciated the bath as we needed a soak after a long day. We used the restaurant and food was good, reasonably priced, service was excellent, thanks Carly. 'Prima hotel, prima kamer, fijne parkeerplaats, goede WiFi, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, 30 min lopen naar het centrum en eur 12 euro met de taxi wat voor ons geen probleem was. '

'Wonderful walks nearby. It was our first night after arriving from America. We were delighted it was so close to the airport (though no plane noise and it felt like country/rural). And we were especially delighted that the place had a fabulous dining room where we had a superb dinner and tasty light breakfast. Highly recommend. '

'The Snug gives you exactly what it advertises: a bed, a shower and a toilet. That's all. But I didn't need more because in a town like Galway, I was out by 8:30 and back by midnight. The location is absolutely where you want to be, right on Quay Street where a lot of great pubs are, but you can be in the Claddagh and by Galway bay within minutes as well (to spot some seals!). 'Bij binnenkomst moet je even schakelen, want het is een 'ander' hotel. Maar leuk en goed anders. Leuke, jonge, hippe mensen die er werken. Heel aardig en heel professioneel. Leuk hip. Goed ontbijt, leuk restaurant. 1 tip voor de manager: zorg dat het topmatras de juiste maat heeft.'
