'We had a wonderful stay for our stop at Wisconsin dells for the day on our trip to Mount Rushmore. Lisa & Eric were wonderful hosts and made us feel at home. My 3 year old loved the whale slide (his first water slide). There was a graduation party going on annd was worried about the noise but didn’t even hear a peep. Excellent stay if on a budget and just need a nights rest.'

'I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. I had just driven 8 hours to the location and was very fatigued and tired and sat...

'Room was big. Bathroom was tiny, old and door wouldn't close properly. Sink was poorly designed with faucet too close to sink edge. Breakfast with fake eggs and stale poor tasting danish. TV was good size and well placed. Couch was good. Just terrible bathroom setup. Would I stay here again? Will like try someplace with a walk in shower.'

'We go every year, and this year was completely different. Usually we get there and staff at front desk is attentive and on it. This time as we got there, they told us that they were having trouble trying to find our booking. Once they found it they gave us the key to a room where there was still people in. 'Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again.'

'We stayed here for 2 nights after walking out of the Super 8 by Wyndham (whole other review...but stay away). We were in one of the rooms in the hotel, not a treehouse, after finding out there was no bathroom or shower in the treehouses. They did have bath houses available but we weren't looking for the "camping" experience so we grabbed a room. Nothing fancy, but adequate for my wife and I and eleven year old grandson.
