'The walkway from the entrance of the hotel to the reception was appealing. The hotel property filled with Japanese theme was a good sight and experience. The hot spring makes the stay even more worth it. All the amenities was spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. '

'My room had sticky drink circles all over the furniture and the bathtubshower didn't work. I had to fill up the bathroom sink and use washcloths to wash. There was either blood or dark colored food stains on the curtains and the floor had not been swept.'

'Clean room, breakfast was great and gym and pool is also nice. However there is no microwave in the room, there is only one in the lobby. Adequate pillows however it's too soft and flat, feels like you don't have a pillow. I also didn't like that there is a parking fee in this hotel.'

'Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc'

'Located more in an industrial area but, could be a base for exploring the area. Rooms were clean. There is a restaurant, deli, convenience store and gas station as part of the facilities. Stayed to be close to airport for morning flight. Would stay again.'

'Loved this hotel. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. The location was incredibly convenient for the Hillsboro-Beaverton area, only about 15 minutes from downtown Portland by car, with the MAX Light Rail nearby as well.
