'Access to the Oregon Garden. We were not happy that the gate between the resort and the garden was malfunctioning. The room was comfortable except that the air conditioner was too loud, so we did not get a good night sleep. At lunch, the staff was in a meeting and they were late and did not open the door until we notified the front desk.'

'The people you see at the Cottage Grove Inn are the friendliest and most helpful, whatever you need. The room was large and configured perfectly for three adults with a private queen room for our adult daughter. Breakfast was always ready and plentiful, with waffles and biscuits/gravy a daily treat. Location is just off the interstate and super close to the historic downtown where you can eat at the quirky Jack Sprat's or hear live music at the Axe and Fiddle bar.
