After asking staff about this, hoping to get a different room, they there were extremely unhelpful and made no effort to remedy the situation, offer solutions, or even apologize for the inconvenience. I ended up just leaving. Very disappointed since the last time I stayed here was quite pleasant.'

'This is a nice property. We had a large room with plenty of space. The person who checked us in did a great job of explaining all of the amenities and the cookies are a nice touch. This hotel gives you a lot of value and extras that you have to pay for other places. They partner with Denny's for breakfast and it is nice that you get a hot cooked breakfast or you can also choose to upgrade with $10 towards any other menu item if you don't want the included choice.
