'Terrible! 1st off this was our second stay there for the trip. We started in St. John's and ended in St. John's. We did not have a great first stay there and the 2nd was worse. We checked in around 430pm and were told that the room I had booked was "sold out." How can a room that is paid for and reserved be sold out?
