Smelled like a forgotten wet towel sealed in a basement since the 1970's. Decided to sit it the car and read through the reviews. Multiple reports of bed bugs and roaches. Sleeping in the parking lot would have earned more stars. Do yourself a favor and book the better maintained property up the road for the same price that this...

'I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony...

We couldn’t go out to the patio because there were a lot of bugs.Tina was great and very prompt but overall , the location and atmosphere of the property was not as enjoyable based on pictures and description.'

'A lot of area beautification needs to be done. Ants, and bugs were present in full force. Location was nice. Comfort was fine. The over powering smell of cologne took some time getting used too. There is NO hot tub. There is but it’s not hooked up to gas or a heater unit. '
