'Great rental for families, much preferred over a hotel. Perfect location to the falls and all attractions. Very clean, well kept and managed. Having a dryer in the unit was definitely a plus!'

'This property was in perfect vicinity to the falls and area attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and the unit had all the basics we needed for a two night stay! We really enjoyed being able to walk across the street and have the river walk so close by - only about a ten minute walk to the falls observation area! We browsed a lot of units on VRBO before choosing this one and I’m so glad we did… it was great!! Thanks for the treats upon checkin and providing some basic toiletries for our stay...

'My family really enjoyed our stay here. The location has such easy access to the falls, and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere in town that we wanted to go. As a family of 4 with 2 adult children this gave us the extra space we needed without having to buy 2 hotel rooms. The place is not super luxurious, but is well stocked with all the basics that we needed to enjoy our stay.'

'We stayed in the house for a family trip for Memorial Day weekend. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us, with four couches in the living room and several chairs at the dining room table. The kitchen was nice, but could have used a few larger pans (like one to boil pasta noodles). The front porch was wonderful, and we sat out there several times. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to the Falls and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. We would definitely stay...

'Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again.'

'we loved the charm of this house. Some of the original architectural details are still intact! The location in relation to the Falls was just perfect. Not so close that you get bus and car traffic, but a quick walk along sidewalks and parks to get to the main area. The host was helpful with our questions. The best Indian food and pizza are literally a block away. Thanks so much for the great stay.'

'We had everything we needed in this adorable house in Wilson. It was a short drive to Niagara Falls- we were able to go 2 days. We were able to cook most meals there, the kitchen was fully equipped! Beds were comfy and we had enough towels. We were able to spend some quality family time there with games and our teens loved the bumper ball table! Thank you Frank and Katie!'

"We smelled marihuana in the room. At first the reception employee and manager wouldn't give us another room even though we have 3 kids. Only if we would pay 300 dollar per night extra. Concierge was a great guy. Eventually they offered us a clean room without extra cost."
