'Perfect place to stay'

'We had a lovely stay that we booked that morning. The staff was kind and gave our daughter lots of attention on her birthday. Appreciate the ear plugs in the rooms. Everything was clean, including the pool area that the kids loved! My son said the beds were especially comfy. Thanks for the great place to stop on our way across Wisconsin.'

'I liked the king and queen bed. The bathroom is very small. The breakfast was just ok. The coffee was luke warm.'

'The room was nice. One of the nicest hotel showers I’ve seen. The pool and hot tub were also great. We missed getting to breakfast but the coffee bar was nice. Fresh ground coffee from beans is a nice feature. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.'

'The room was clean with ample space to park. The entire property is looking a little rough around the edges but I wouldn't let that stop you from staying there. You can clearly hear traffic noise but that didn't bother us. Our only issue was the Roku TV which kept trying to connect which made it impossible to watch.'

Everytime I went down they had 2-3 packages of plain oatmeal, barely any milk or cereal and a half loaf of bread that sat there for almost the 2 weeks I had stayed here in total. 'Key card couldn't open outside door making it hard to unload luggage. Had to drive around property to get front desk clerk to open. Found 2 live bugs on carpet. Carpet unclean due to maintenance workers.'

'My only complaint was I had asked in advance if I could check in early and was told I could and when I showed up they said I still could but it was going to be $20.00 to check in 15 minutes early… I had to, but it was a little ridiculous. Next time, you should inform the guests ahead of time.'

'I would not recommend this resort to families at all. We paid a good price to stay here and the water park which was set to open at 9am was still not open at 11. A visiting family told us that they had been there for 3 days and this has happened to them each day. The room was filthy! Hair on all of our bedsheets, hair, dirt and crumbs behind each bed, wet sheets for the pull out couch in the dresser with no blankets. Microwave was filthy, stuff splattered all over.
