'The beach is steps away from the hotel with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided. Our balcony was tiny but the view was great. Our waitress at their restaurant, Jackie, was a delight! Food was good and plentiful. I reported to the office the fact there were no towel bars in the bathroom, which was quite odd.'

'Unfortunately we had our first very bad experience in a hotel, we left 15 min after we checked in, yes, we didn’t even stay the night. When we arrived there was an employee smoking a cigarette coming out of the lobby, the room had a very strong smell like cleaning spray and perfume, I found a big hair in one of the towels, floor was not clean my 5 year old son took off his shoes and his socks were immediately black, also the lock had a big piece of black tape right above were you scan your...

'Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!'
