The owner was kind enough to supply a lot of information not only about the house, but also about safety, local shops, restaurants, and take aways.There even were suggestions about (child friendly) places to visit: we were able to enjoy some of them during our stay! I cant understand some of the reviews that claim some of the furniture is a bit worn.... the house has charm and has the sense of travelling around the world (which Stanley has) without ever leaving and feeling extremely helpful. 'We had a wonderful stay at Francesca's House, thank you so much for the thoughtful bottle of wine and the biscuits, we enjoyed them both! The location and accommodation was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and I really like the lounging area. Altogether perfect!
