'Great old and beautiful house. Comfortable beds. Comfortable couch and chairs in living room. Huge kitchen, huge rooms throughout. Nice bathroom. Big yard. Really cool, not used train tracks behind the property that you can see from the yard and porch (and explore on them). Walking distance to all Watkinsville restaurants and taverns. We had a great stay. Thanks so much.'

'Our stay was pleasant. The host was polite and helpful. The best part of our stay was the barn animals and cats. Nice layout, just watch your steps inside the house. The floors are uneven. The place just needs a little vacuuming especially the bed sheets. We found a bunch of hairs in the beds. Some blinds were broken. It looked like a dog had chewed up through. Other than that everything was nice.'

'There was nothing there had to buy toilet paper, dish soup, no cleaning supplies, no extra towels so had to buy laundry soup to do towels life one for each person for 7 days place was nice but come with nothing then code people showed up to let us know that it was not zoned for short term rental and not up to code it was not accommodating for house hold things but nice location'

We enjoyed having meals in the screened-in patio. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for our home-cooked meals. If you're looking for a vacation home on Lake Lanier, I highly recommend this place!'
