Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! '

And no person around to work the dining area. I was very upset with the amount of money we paid to stay here that this was the condition for breakfast.
