'The room was lovely but definitely needed a deep clean very dusty and a bit grimey. We also had the Heat/AC go bezerk and our room was insanely hot and we had to shut the air conditioning off completely and open the windows (despite it being a cold night we only managed to get the temp down to 72°). 'If you want the River Walk experience, this is the spot. I’ve stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. The location is unbeatable, right on the River Walk and walking distance to everything. Staff is consistently great, the pool is a highlight, and it’s a nice touch that you can get poolside drinks delivered. Only minor downside is check-in can be slow, so plan for that if you're checking in on Saturdays. '

'Very clean and spacious. In downtown so you hear the street noise but they provided noise machine and earplugs in the bedroom. Front desk staff was EXCELLENT! '
