'Close to Alamo. Walking distance to Alamodome. Right on Riverwalk. We stay here every time we go to San Antonio and we love it. Always clean. Valet is quick. Staff helpful and courteous. Thank you!'

'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'

'The staff are incredibly helpful and cheerful. The room was as we expected. The location is fantastic for the river walk; however, loud with nightlife, which would be expected. No pool or deck on the upper level. The attached bars in the basement somewhat dark and musty.'
