So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful.
I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment.
The manager could speak excellent English that easy to check everything what I need.

There is no elevator for 3rd floor. '
'Staff is amazing. Location is very convenient in the city center. Great breakfast with lots of tasty choices (except for the coffee, which is quite bad).
Gym is very reasonable and adequate (open 24/7).
Only problem is inconsistent stream of hot water - the hot water in the shower is sometimes pulsating, making the showering experience unpleasant (this issue wasn't present at all times, but rather at certain days and times. However, it happened several times during my stay). '
'We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo).
The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2).
The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street.
There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. '

'It's pretty hotel in city center of Almaty. It's located near underground station "Almaty". A lot of bars and restaurants are near hotel.

'Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you!
I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...
