The only thing that made our stay a little less comfortable is the temperature of our shower water is very unstable, it gets too hot and then cold again, we stayed 9 days so it wasn't really pleasant. And our room was on the small side. But otherwise it was very good.'

'Great location, nice clean rooms and facilities. Overall it is an amazing property with a convenient location if you want to access Orchard roads shopping district or the Mt Elizabeth Hospital which is behind the Paragon Mall.
Only down side ( but a major one) during the stay was- the guest in the next room was probably smoking in his room, and after complaining about it multiple times the only solution provided by the hotel staff was a tiny air purifier in the hall way. It's not difficult to...

I did not read this in the reviews so i expected a bigger room. If staying there longer than 3 days i would book a bigger room because there is no closet to hang up clothes on or a large dressing table to put your stuff on. The beds and pillows we’re the best i’ve slept in. The breakfast is a la carte. The portions are very small so you need to make an extra order to be satisfied. It’s walking distance to Orchard Road where you can take the metro "
