'When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again.'

'The room was modern and large compare to other Japanese brand hotels we have stayed on this trip. I really appreciate having plenty of electrical plugs for all of our devices next to both sides of the bed. There was no breakfast buffet but they had American and Japanese set breakfast that were adequate. The hotel was about 20 mins walk from Tokyo station or 1200 yen cab ride. There is a local train station entry on the same block as the hotel so you can take either Tozai or Hibiya line to...

'Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.'

'Our favorite place to stay in Tokyo! Super convenient location attached to Tokyo station makes traveling super easy. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Breakfast buffet is delicious with lots of options for everyone. Once I found this place I’ve returned on every trip to Tokyo since. Already looking forward to my next trip!'
