'This Mimaru was perfect. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful, I wish I could do the entire review about them. 'Kaika is een heel fijn hotel met schone ruime kamers. De bedden slapen heerlijk en de badkamer is ook ruim en schoon. Het personeel is zeer klantvriendelijk. Het hotel is gelegen in een rustige wijk, wat extra fijn is in een drukke stad als Tokyo. Dit is alweer mijn tweede verblijf en ik zal de volgende keer in Tokyo ook weer hier terugkomen. '
