'We booked here because it was well rated. Sadly our experience was not. When we arrived, the door to the lobby was locked even though it was within the hours they stated they would be open. We called the number posted on the door and got a generic voicemail that never stated the name of the hotel or anything. We left a message and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Eventually, someone did appear, stating they weren’t aware the door was locked and didn’t know what was going on with the phones...

'It was very clean and nice view of the lake and amphitheater. No matter how much air freshener they used, I could smell the smoke from the casino. The walls were very thin.'

'Our only complaint was the limited toilet paper. When we arrived to the motel, all we had was about a fourth of a roll left and no stock of extras. However, when a staff member asked if we needed anything the next morning, she was very quick to give us a new roll. We enjoyed the Roku that was provided in the room. Parking was adequate and right outside our motel room. The location of the motel was conveniently right next to Casey’s and just a quick walk down the street from the town amenities....

'Hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, but still in great shape......the staff was beyond helpful and friendly.......the site and room were very clean and comfortable.......will definitely stay there again'

'Our room wasn’t bad, per se. But, we had dirty towels with brown stains on them, and when I mentioned it at checkout the representative said “why didn’t you call if it was a problem, then?” We had gotten to the hotel around midnight and didn’t notice the towels or how dirty the room truly was until the morning when getting ready to leave.'
