'Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . 'Great service and super clean. It was in a great location, close to a lot of the amenities that Zermatt had to offer. Many added perks to staying here from breakfast which is included with your stay, to the spa and tea time offerings daily. The rooms were sound proof, spacious and cozy. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Zermatt area.'

We especially enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and taking in the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Each morning, the generous and delicious breakfast spread was the perfect way to fuel up for another day of adventure. Hotel Sarazena is also ideally located—right next to the train station and the Coop grocery store. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better...

'We just finished staying for 3 days at the Aristella in Zermatt and really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very friendly and the room was spotless. The Aristella is close to the train station, main shopping area, and attractions like the Glacier Paradise cable car and the cog railway. The breakfast (and the staff at breakfast) are great as well!

"Authentic nice building.
Rooms are not very soundproof. Showerhead was hanging so low, I was only able to wash my hear sitting down.
The nice location as well as the price make up for that. There's lots of restaurants, shops and bike rentals nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind my first points of comment, then I would definitely recommend."
