'We stayed here for two nights with my parents and our three children. It is a beautiful rustic log cabin in the woods surrounded by trees. We enjoyed using the stone log fireplace every evening. The kitchen has the basics and the beds were comfortable. The cabin has baseboard heaters. The location was very convenient to Boothbay Harbor.'

'The weather was cold and rainy but the cabin was cozy, warm, and clean. We still ran/biked/ tried to fish. Played the games they had, and built the puzzles as well. The road was quiet and a good place for the little guy to bike- close enough to other things. '

'Lola’s Lodge was a great spot for a litte mother-daughter get weekend get away. What a beautifully appointed log cabin with everything one might need to prep delicious food. It was cozy and inviting enough to want curl up by the fire or listen to the rain drops on the porch and drink wine and listen to music, but also close enough to town and the coasy to go exploring. 'Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. '

'We loved our stay at the Guest Cottage! Spotless and beautifully decorated, and we had all we needed for the two of us. Be aware that the shower stall is very small. Kind and timely communication from the owner. The New Harbor/Pemaquid area is a joy to visit. Be sure to have a meal at the Pemaquid Seafood Co-op! We hope to get back again one day.'
