'Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee.'

'Old building, not taken care off. Blinds did not closed all the way.'

'The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind.'

'Goed hotel om downtown Portland te bezoeken. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig qua keuzes enmet plastic bestek en papieren bordjes.'

'Fles wijn zelf betaald was prima houden we tegoed voor volgende keer hoop ik … en dit is een goed adres prima service opgehaald op AirPort na inleveren van huurauto beste tot nu toe deze vakantie met uitzondering van Glendale dat was echt uitzonderlijk leuk deze vakantie'

'Housekeeping was terrible. They don’t really clean. I was refused service. When I switched my room. They said they couldn’t get pancake mix off the carpet. I was there for more than a week. Never switched rooms.'

'Nice quick stay but housekeeping knocked and tried to come back in to our at exactly 900am which I found rude. Check out is 1200. We had been out late for a concert and were trying to sleep in. '

'This is not a typical hotel, as it has a very hipster feel to it - even a billiards table in the lobby that you can play for free. Breakfast was pretty standard, but I appreciated that there were a lot of condiments to add to both yogurt and oatmeal. I’m not a pancake person, but the pancakes looked good and they were fruit toppings for them. Fitness Center had a good variety of weights and balls, even a Peleton. Provided water bottles on arrival.'

'Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.'

'I slept well here and the staff was very helpful! I loved the complimentary bottle of wine and coffee! In the evenings there was a nice wine and cheese hour from 5-6. This is a nice location for Amtrak traveling and also it’s an easy walk to downtown transit! It’s a happening neighborhood! The staff really went all out to help make my stay amazing!'
