'This place was within walking distance of everything this side of the lake has to offer. When we arrived we tried the 10-digit code several times and it would not open. Called the support number and while talking to them we finally got it to open. They asked us to try it again and it would not unlock! Had to try several times and then it opened. The keypad is very finicky. We ended up leaving the slider door unlocked when we left. Seemed very safe to do that. On a better note, the place was...

'Our family of nine had an incredible time at this beautiful and spacious home. We had some issues with ants and it seemed most of the blankets had not been washed in awhile. Also the upstairs hallway bathroom shower did not work at all. But the easy walk to the dock and the back patio made up for those small issues. We loved exploring the Falls and the lake too. The location was excellent, with a village store right down the street, some hiking trails close by, and the Giant Sequoia Grove a short drive. The cabin was well furnished and we had all we needed there. It was about a 45 minute drive to Yosemite village.'

The only thing is there was no snow and the reason why we booked it was to enjoy the snow with our kids. But we absolutely enjoyed it. 'The cabin is peaceful and so well appointed. The beds comfortable and the bathrooms spotlessly clean. We loved the wild turkeys and the deer in the garden. Mary was delightful to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. This was a place to rejuvenate and replenish one’s energy, in tranquil surroundings.'

'We verbleven 2 nachten in sierra meadows om Yosemite park te bezoeken. Helaas was de South Gate dicht wegens een bosbrand dus was het wel wat verder rijden om er te komen. De huisjes zijn zeer netjes en comfortabel. Het is een kleinschalig park op een groot en rustig terrein waar de lodges op staan. Het zwembad is dan ook een stukje lopen, (maar er zijn gratis fietsen beschikbaar) en is helemaal prima. '
