'Noisy Hotel/Room. Sounds like shotguns or rifles until 2am/3am. Really thought the noise was coming from outside. Obviously after asking the front desk, this quite peculiar noise was generated by the wind, infiltrating pipes, or something else. So clearly a structural problem in this hotel that is required to be addressed. Not slept a lot and usually quite easy on this. The bed although was particularly comfortable and the bathroom with all the required amenities. Pity.'

'Pleasant stay close to the highway and not far from the city centre.'

'Staff were lovely. It was an expensive room and nothing was included - breakfast was $22 pp and parking was $33 for the night! The room was musty/damp smelling. You could tell the hotel was older and renovated but it was a “lipstick on a pig” scenario. The lake view also provided a soundtrack from the nearby bars late into the evening. I have paid less for much nicer stays - when I return to Kingston I will choose another property.'

'Beautiful hotel. Front desk staff wonderful and very accommodating re parking our Tahoe. Location is wonderful for downtown parks shows and restaurants. Only complaints are related to fridge which froze all our food and drinks and the coffee machine that didn’t work.'

'Excellent property, clean and friendly. Great value.'

'Great authentic location. Spacious , huge kitchen , two bathroom'

'We would be happy to go back there when we are in Kingston'

'Perfect. But as from Europe. The breakfast is below Europe standard. But that’s almost every where in Canada. '
