'Perfect little place to stay. Seemed a little sketchy at first. But after the first night that feeling went away. It was simplistic and had everything you needed for the little time you will actually spend there. '

'Excellent location just far enough off of A1A to be away from traffic noise, yet very convenient to dining, shopping and Amelia Island. Property, house and yard, is clean and well maintained. Good kitchen/living room space and roomy master bath. Garage with an operational garage door is a plus. Quiet neighborhood and street has a couple of speed bumps for speed management. Will definitely stay again!'

'Clean, spacious, quiet. Great back deck and yard. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Area information provided. Very convenient to downtown/waterfront—-walkable or bikeable. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again. '

'They overall stay and property were great. There was a couple bugs under the sink. Also have someone tighten your lock. It turns sometimes I figure thats why it was engaging at first.'

'The home was well located within about 30 to 40 minutes of Amelia. Newer, clean house with comfortable beds and accommodations. The floor plan worked well with my group of friends. Good value.'

'We stayed at the house so we could visit our boys who are working at camp connect this summer. The house was perfect. We had 10 people and we were all comfortable. The views from the balcony are amazing. We enjoyed our weekend very much and got a later check put to spend more time with them. They enjoyed fishing, the games and sitting around in the living room and the balcony. '
