'Easy arrival and departure will stay again'

'We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. We parked the car and never moved it until the day we left. Everyone was very helpful and we were contacted several times by wehost to make sure we had all we needed. When we had questions...

'Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.'

'The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. '

'A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

'Very good location! Clean rooms! Communication with persons who picked up my call need to be improved. I called to ask if I can check in one hour earlier if standard check in 4pm, promised to let me know but nothing happened; wrote a few of emails and got no responses other than machine generated messages.'

Negative: The listing says there is a pool available, but it costs $30 extra and only 2 people can use it. The check in process was unnecessarily complex. Amenities in the room were cheap; the washer/dryer was out of order, an arm on the couch was broken, the lid on the garbage can was broken, and the dining chairs were uncomfortable.
