'The hotel was clean and very nice. Our meal and servers were great. Wait times were however a bit long. On Friday, we went down for breakfast and waited near the hostess stand for about ten minutes. Nobody ever came out so we left. Our son is starting college in the fall very close to the hotel.'

'We stayed 3 nights. Room was very comfortable and clean . Staff very helpful and friendly. We didn’t try the free breakfast, dining area looked nice though. Looked like a popular bar/ restaurant adjacent to hotel, we didn’t get to check out this time.My kids loved the outdoor pool, they practically spent the whole day in the pool, it was great in the hot weather, it has nice long hours, from 9am to 9pm . We will definitely stay here again, on our next visit to Danbury.'

'We were given room keys and when we went into the room, it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were messed up and trash was still left on the dressers. We immediately went back out to the front desk and Katherine apologized and moved us to a different room. When we went in to that room, it appeared clean but the bathroom sink was full of dirty water. Katherine came in and fixed it immediately. 'The staff was friendly. But when we arrived there weren’t any luggage carts. Apparently they only have 2. We were staying 2 nights and was given 2 each of towels washcloths and hand towels. The next day the housekeeping staff took one of the used washcloths, 1 hand towel and the bath mat. They didn’t leave any clean replacements. When I asked I was told that they were out of washcloths and offered me 2 hand towels. It wasn’t until the last morning that I realized that they took the bath mat...

'The stay was very noisy. The fire station is only blocks away, and sirens went off multiple times in the middle of the night, providing no quiet rest at all.'
