'We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! Everything was so well thought out, and I loved the notes about things that you wouldn’t necessarily notice as a guest. The beds were comfortable and the home was beautifully decorated. The historical notes and decor made it extra special. We loved the breakfast bar as well! Alison is an excellent, communicative host, and we hope to visit again. I also loved the labels on the light switches. '

'We had a great family weekend in Des Moines. The house is fantastic for a large group. Nice kitchen, dining and living areas. Plenty of bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The game room in the basement was super fun! Everyone had plenty of space and a great time! When we arrived the front door was open and two men were in the entryway with large equipment. They seem to have been repairing the kitchen floor. That was odd, and awkward, but it seemed fine. There was a layer of dust on every...
