Good to have welcome pack of milk, tea, sugar, biscuits and coffee. Good supplies too of dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials, bin liners and loo rolls. Two fridges very useful. A tumble dryer would be an idea…'

'The cottage was very tired. Furniture uncomfortable and quite dirty. Shower room floor needed a good clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Cottage lacked in some utensils including no wardrobe. Very disappointed J. DAWSON'

'This is a nice property that's had love and care poured into restoring it. The property is however over-marketed (and over-priced) in our opinion. Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. The park its in has a run down feel to it and the first impression was of deep disappointment. Once you've moved in then its a lovely property on the inside. The garden is communal - there is no division...
