'Very nice hotel.. very well situated, super clean, the staff were very helpful and I loved it that they prepared me a breakfast to go since I had to check out super early! A true 5 star experience !! Thank you very much! ❤️🙂'

'職員有禮貌，房間係一塵不染，洗手間嚴重漏水，check out的時候已告知前台！自助早餐麵包產品完全不可入口，積主粥品也質素也見不了人！'

'The location was ideal for shopping and access to coffee shops, etc. The room was clean and with a convenient sink outside the bathroom. Two bedrooms made it easy to manage our party of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). We usually pack light in order to be able to wash clothes at least once, however, the "washing/drying" machine was not easy to use and didn't quite do what it was supposed to. We ended up hand washing our clothes and letting it air dry. Iron wasn't working, staff was very attentive and...

'Room service took too much time at night. Taste good but cold.'

'Ons verblijf in The Ritz-Carlton in Xi’an verdient vijf sterren.

'The young man is very kind and helpful. But, the name of the hotel, History Boutique Inn, in Xian, is not a bit misleading. If you google the name of the hotel, the address could be shown as 710016 西安F16, No.17 ShimaoduWeiyang District, however, the real address is quite far away from it. Took me more than one hour to reach the exact place in freezing night. Complete address in Chinese (not only in English) needs to be written, so a Chinese driver could clearly recognize the place!!! It's...

'Great view of Xi’an Bell Tower, 21st floor of building. good stay with a local feel. Can’t rate it 5 as the access to front door to building was difficult to find as it is an older apartment building with shops & restaurants. You have to bring your luggage through a parking area & go round to the back where it’s dark. The light fixture outside the elevator on the 21st floor was broken. The unit itself was newly upgraded, great appliances lots of space for a family of 6 There are a few great...
