'Stayed at this hotel december the 30th. That's a holiday in the west, but not here. The hotel was super quiet, only saw three other guests at breakfast. The food there was what is to be expected, maybe a bit overpriced. Room was clean, and the shower blasted out water like I've never seen before.'

'If you take exit E at Panyu subway station it's just five minutes walking to the hotel. On the way there you walk through a fairly big mall with even a night market. The staff at the reception spoke very good English, so checking in was easy. The room was clean and very new, I think this whole hotel isn't older than a few years. If I had to choose I would stay here again, instead of the five star across the construction site, I stayed there too.'

De directe omgeving van het hotel is redelijk, hoewel de tuin er zeer gelikt uitziet. Het grote minpunt is de ligging van het hotel. Het hotel ligt ver van het centrum vandaan. Ook ligt het ver van metrostation trein. De taxi chauffeur in guangzhou weten vaak niet waar het is. Wel te begrijpen als het een rit is...
