'This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! 'We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. 'Walking into the condo I was greeted with a fresh clean smell. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view from both the living room and master bedroom. We spent two days sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and view. There were a few issues, but the owner was quick to respond. The washer machine was still leaking and is very old. The owner accommodated us by having fresh towels brought during our stay. It was reassuring to have the owner in constant contact. The location was...

'It was a nice cosy modern place, hot tub and outdoor seating is good. Need a car to drive to shops etc ... nothing close but if there to relax is good. Would recommend :)A kettle would be good to add.'
