Located in a quiet residential area of Parque Del Rey Playa Blanca with private roads, this holiday home has a living-dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob & fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, English TV Box, Pool Heating (Chargeable) and portable fans.
Outside there is a outdoor pool (3x4.5m Walk-in Steps 1.6 deep) furnished terrace & BBQ to enjoy your meals outside.
You will find the nearest supermarket in 850 m or a 10-minute walk. A larger selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within 1.8 km and the nearest, beautiful sandy beach, Playa Flamingo, is 1.8 km away. Parking is available on the property. Nice holiday

Prima, bed redelijk, keuken zeer gedateerd. Zwembad rand kan renovatie gebruiken, zwembad zelf erg fijn, goede temperatuur was wel meerprijs. Playa Blanca kennen we, al diverse malen geweest, bij volgend bezoek zullen we niet voor deze bungalow kiezen.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für den Preis in Ordnung, vor allem durch den Pool. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war höflich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Leider hat es viel geregnet und dafür sind die Häuser auf Lanzarote nicht gebaut. Das ganze Haus war feucht, vor allem der eingebaute Kleiderschrank roch sehr stark nach Schimmel. An allen Wänden platzt der Putz im unteren Bereich ab. Die Küche ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch war die Ausstattung gut. Es fehlt dringend eine überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit im Außenbereich. Der Pool war leider nur die ersten beiden Tage beheizt. An den Folgetagen war das baden auch bei guten Wetter nicht möglich (trotz extra Heizkosten).Die Bilder sind nicht aktuell. Das Bad wurde bereits renoviert und ist mit einer begehbaren Dusche ausgestattet. Dennoch bedarf es dringend einer neuen Renovierung, jedoch eher der Wettersituation geschuldet.

Quiero ser objetivo y por ello he sido tan extenso con las fotografías, que envié al propietario a mi llegada.La casa no estaba limpia, la barbacoa, los cubiertos, el mobiliario de jardín, los bajos de las camas, estaban sucios, hasta el punto que mi hija, que me había confirmado que iba días antes, decidió irse y mi hijo, que se quedó, renunció a usar los cubiertos y platos, debiendo hacer uso de material de un solo uso. Las camas y almohadas incomodisimas, por lo que, fue necesario comprar almohadas.La casa no tiene mesa para comer en el salón 4 personas y en el exterior no hay sombra, así que si desayunas tarde, será bajo el sol. El almuerzo es imposible.La casa tiene cámaras de seguridad, pero como bien sabemos los que usamos Securitas direct, podemos pedir serie de fotos, con lo que imagínese.La barbacoa, tan sucia que tenía hasta plumas, estaba totalmente agrietada y parece que se va a caer.El propietario mintió sobre las instalaciones, decía tener lavavajillas y secadora y no fue así, creo que esto es más grave aún, pues uno de mis filtros de búsqueda es que tenga lavavajillas.Si no llego a llamar, estaría aún esperando a que me mandarán el correo con el código de la caja de llaves.El pavimento de la piscina, totalmente deteriorados, con grietas que dejan a la vista el armado de acero oxidado, listo para cortar pies.La ubicación, te obliga a tener coche, de manera que supermercado, restaurante o playa, requieren de coches o de una hora de paseo .

Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Lovely little 2 bedroom villa with nice small private pool, ideal for couples or a family. Located a good 15 minute walk from the centre of town which makes it a lovely peaceful place, but close enough to everything. We enjoyed the walk home on a night time after going out for meals and drinks. The villa has everything you'll need for an easy stay, and is like a little home from home. Fast WiFi and Sky TV are included which didn't bother us too much, but would be great if you're traveling with children who like their gadgets. The villa also has it's own off street parking which is handy. The space isnt very long, so if you're hiring anything bigger than a Ford Focus you'll be parking on the street. The villa doesn't have air conditioning, so if this important to you look elsewhere. However there are pedestal fans in both bedrooms which were fine for us on a night. The villa terrace and pool gets the sun all day which is fantastic and keeps the pool water nice and warm, (we stayed in August) but their wasn't a parasol or anything to shelter out of the sun. This would be my only gripe about the place. The host was very quick to respond to any queries. We would definitely consider this place again if returning to Playa Blanca.

Great stay in Playa Blanca. Very quiet area but only 15 mins walk to old town and around 40 mins to new marina. Very fast communication with property managers - we had a slight issue with towels and it was dealt with very quickly by property managers.

A bit of tlc

Would agree with previous reviews in that it is a bit tired in places! But at the same time what can you really expect for a very reasonable price! I would however say that with a bit more love and attention this villa could really be lovely. Pool great shower fantastic bed firm but comfortable no a/c though but has fans. Location excellent 15min walk to promenade.

A comfortable villa in good location

The villa is well-equipped with comfortable beds, good shower, a nice outside area and a great pool. We stayed in February and paid for the pool to be heated which was definitely needed for a pleasant dip in the water! The sun beds are different to the ones in the photos - they are much more comfortable with cushions. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in, but it’s just a 15 minute walk to the port for some really nice restaurants and bars. The bbq was great to use too. The host was responsive and helpful - check in and out was really easy. We hope to be back in the future!

Perfect villa

Check in was simple and straightforward as we had already received the relevant information prior to our arrival . As we were staying for 19 nights we needed something that was comfortable and practical and this was both . Very comfortable bed , practical living space with a practical kitchen area . Outdoor space is ideal with a great little pool for chilling out in or floating about with a drink. As listed it is roughly a 20 minute walk to the front but it’s an enjoyable stroll . If you walk in the opposite direction you can reach the Lidl supermarket in around the same time . Mountana Roja sits just behind which is definitely worth walking to the top for some amazing views of playa Blanca ,we went up for sunrise . Parque del ray is a lovely complex of villas with a mix of lets and permanent residents. We had a minor issue with the boiler which Brett resolved almost immediately. Great hosts , lovely villa we woukd be certain to book again . Thank you

Everything we needed for two weeks in the sun

We were really happy with the property when we arrived. We know the area well so had no problems getting to the villa, but as always, we were happy to have our own car because the villa is a little far away from the supermarket so we needed to drive for bigger shops. The key safe was pretty stiff upon arrival, and took a bit of prizing to get the keys out. We couldn’t use the safe because we weren’t provided with a key to use it, and both safes were locked closed when we arrived. We didn’t want to make a call-out to have them looked at because we were happy to keep our valuables with us. The fixtures and fittings were pretty basic, but everything worked as needed. The mattress was very firm, but comfortable for us, and there was lots of cupboard space. The towels and sheets provided were pretty tired, and some had stains, but they were clean enough and nice to have. They were refreshed half way through our stay. The bathroom was really nice, and the shower was big and had great water pressure. Outside, the sun beds were much nicer than the photos suggested, so we were very happy with them. The BBQ was good, and included some nice clamps for easy grilling. The outdoor tables and chairs were very basic, but perfectly serviceable. There was no shaded area or parasol outside in the pool or dining area, so we needed to take regular breaks from the sun in the kitchen. All in all, we were happy with the simple, comfortable villa that we had for two weeks in the sun.

Great Villa listed as is and was great ! Clean and comfy bed the pool was clean and lovely would 1000% return to this Villa lovely area and quite Only thing that could have been better would be the main gate being taller hence giving more privacy due to the pool being by the road but that really is just more of an inconvenience just detract from the villa at all 👌 thanks for a lovely stay!! We will be back soon

Amazing villa

We stayed at the villa for 7 nights, wish we'd have booked for 14 instead! The villa had everything you could wish for. It was clean both inside and out. 15 mins walk to lovely beaches and restaurants. Will definitely be booking again. Great communication! We had a late checkout as we had an evening flight. Highly recommend this villa. The heated pool was a joy. Loved our stay look forward to returning next year. Lovely prople. Lovely villa

Die Villa gehört zu den weniger schönen in dieser Siedlung. Die Vermieterin war aber stets bemüht, Mängel zu beseitigen. Insgesamt war es ein ruhiger Urlaub, den ich genossen habe.

Great for us

I was rather worried having read some recent reviews but I needn’t have been. Yes, ok, the bathroom could do with updating but it is perfectly functional and plenty of hot water and a powerful shower. The other issue people have mentioned is lack of privacy - well , there is a cars length of railing to the road but we only saw half a dozen people walk by all day/ night . They didn’t even look in and are people staying in same street -there's no “passing traffic”. Otherwise the property is not overlooked at all . Far more private than being by a communal pool or the beach ! It was quiet and well located. We found the bed extremely comfortable. The kitchen utensils were plentiful. It was great to have all the British tv as we don’t tend to stay out late. The walk into playa Blanca was very pleasant 15-20 mins on a newly built pathway. We had a lovely fortnight and would recommend it . Maybe a bit small for 2 couples but no problem for 2 or 2 and kids.

Perfect location/size but needs updated

We loved the area and size of property but do feel it needs updated. It was clean and freshly painted but furnishings/kitchen/bathroom are old and do need updated but we did throughly enjoy our holiday. Having the pool was fantastic as weather was gorgeous. Perfect location, 15 mins into Playa Blanca, slight hill but even if your not much of a walker it would be fine. Taxis aplenty from playa Blanca back to villa for €5.

OK but no privacy

We settled in ok and enjoyed our holiday, everything worked ok and the villa was clean. The pool was nice although felt a little cold. The description of the property was reasonably accurate but it failed to point out the lack of privacy. The whole area outside round the pool is open to the street so passers by can see in. The villa is overdue some TLC and upgrading everything is rather dated and tired. The beds were very uncomfortable.1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each seemed a bit mean but they were changed mid stay.

Great late getaway

Great little villa used for short last minute break with my husband and 16 year old son. Villa small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Could do with a little updating as parts were tired. Great location to walk into playa Blanca. Brilliant for what we needed and great communication with property manager.
