Casa Moda is a charming villa featuring a luxurious hot tub jacuzzi, offering a peaceful and welcoming escape that’s perfect for families. With its spacious open-plan design, the villa is styled in a modern, contemporary manner and fully equipped to provide a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience.

Located in a quiet residential area, Casa Moda is ideally positioned within a comfortable 10-15 minute walk of local amenities, including both the Super Dino and British supermarkets. The renowned Marina Rubicón in Playa Blanca can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot, where guests can explore a wide choice of excellent restaurants and bars set amid elegant yachts in a stunning marina setting.

Inside, the villa benefits from air-conditioning (coin-operated) in the lounge and all bedrooms, helping to maintain comfort throughout the year. The light-filled open-plan living area is ideal for unwinding, offering a comfortable sofa, two chairs, and a TV with an extensive selection of channels via internet TV. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering.

Casa Moda features three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two twin bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom, also fitted with a walk-in shower.

Outside, guests can enjoy partial sea views across the ocean towards the Marina. The electrically heated 7 x 3.5 metre saltwater swimming pool, accessed by ladder steps, is perfect for year-round use. A high-quality jacuzzi hot tub provides a wonderful place to relax and soak up the warm Lanzarote climate. Pool towels are provided for added convenience.

The outdoor space is completed by a traditional Canarian BBQ, creating the perfect setting for relaxed al fresco dining.
