Welcome to our charming holiday home in Playa Blanca, just a stone's throw from the exclusive Puerto Deportivo Marina Rubicón. This accommodation is ideal for an unforgettable holiday, combining comfort, luxury and a privileged location.

The property offers a spacious terrace with outdoor dining area, sun loungers, outdoor swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing and making the most of the climate.

On the ground floor you will find a comfortable lounge with leather sofa, Smart TV and air conditioning. The dining room, with a table for six people, is ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, 3-ring hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker and complete kitchenware. There is also a utility room with washing machine, washing line, ironing board and iron.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with sofa bed, Smart TV and air conditioning, which can function as an additional living area. The main bathroom, modern and spacious, includes a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have air conditioning, Smart TV, spacious wardrobes, one with two single beds and another with a double bed.

Includes bed linen, towels per person and pool towels. For families with children, a cot and high chair are available upon request.
