It has a sofa bed in a separate room with views of the sea and the port of Marina Rubicón. All of the rooms have silent ceiling fans to ensure cool nights on the hottest days. It has two bathrooms with a shower, a large living room with wide smart TV, air conditioning and access to the large terrace that borders the entire house, a fully equipped independent kitchen with all appliances and private parking.
