The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a wide variety of utensils that will make meal preparation a pleasant experience.

For groups composed of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and house rules have been respected.
