'Nice overall hotel, but the service and the food was not as nice as I have experienced at other 5star hotels. For a family experience it’s nice overall because you do get park access and characters coming for pictures but I would say that it falls short of a 5star experience for me.'

It is stated within the house rules for the accomodation, which I did not read as I am travelling on business and treated the accomodation as a hotel.
