'My family enjoyed our stay very much! The home was clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The decor was thoughtful and made us feel at home. The host’s communication was clear and attentive. This was the perfect place for my family to come together from different t areas for a birthday celebration. We felt right at home.'

'We were SO thankful to get such a lovely space on such a short notice. Our Son-in-law became ill and we had to find other accommodations - fast. There is plenty of room to spread out and fun things to see inside the home. The bed was very comfortable also! '

'Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...

'We loved that it had all the necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee and even spices. They also had a little welcome basket with a few goodies. We enjoyed our stay. '

'The location was good for bike riding on the Little Miami Trail. There were no wine glasses so we had to drink our wine out of coffee cups. There is only one shower. Not even enough for the five of us, much less for the ten that the place advertised.'

'Property was mostly clean. Cute house in nice area. Close to activities. Needs some TLC such as we only had one washrag for two people. Shampoo bottle empty. Wet towel in kitchen sink. Coffee can empty. Granddaughter loved use of bike. Garage had spider eggs. Mail in box. Just little more TLC'

The property is clean and is every bit as advertised. I have been going to Dayton annually for 10 years - the best stay out of all of them. A great value and experience. '
