'Simple and quiet. We enjoyed the simple nature of this house. We were looking for a house with little home decor that we would need to remove with having little kids and we appreciated that about this house. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and you do not notice any road noise. Looking forward to the continued renovations like curtains in the bedrooms. Odd for the Vrbo property to not have full access to the property like the basement and the garage. Wonder if guests will have access to...

'We found the listing of the property to be very accurate. The beds were comfortable and all the improvements made to the house made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty of parking behind the garage around back. The host was very quick in their responses to any questions that we had.'

The host was so easy to communicate with and even reached out to us with a concern right off when our reservation was flagged for clarification instead of canceling our reservation! We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Very convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Also close to Cedarville University!'
