Heel vriendelijk personeel, ze geven je echt het gevoel van gast zijn. De Entourage van het hotel is mooi. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd. De airco werkte goed maa maakte wat lawaai. De badkamer was wat krap en de douche bleef constant druppelen. Wat snachts storend is. Wel gemeld maar niet echt opgelost. Het zwembad heeft slechts twee lig bedjes. Overal hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad

Rustig en prettig hotel
Wij hebben twee kamers geboekt bij dit hotel. Kamer 1 was erg tevreden over dit hotel. Ook het ontbijt is een aanrader. Het zwembad was nooit te vol tijdens ons verblijf. Het was er altijd erg rustig. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk, ze doen alles om je tevreden te houden. Kamer 2 was minder tevreden. Het bed was helaas niet zo schoon. Maar in Indonesie zal dit vaak voorkomen. Airport shuttle service was 100.000 Rp. Erg fijn als iemand je komt ophalen. De locatie van dit hotel was ook niet slecht. Met de Becak (fiets taxi) kom je wel op veel locaties. Ook is er veel te eten in de buurt en heeft het hotel verschillende tours aangeboden.

Confortable mais extremement bruyant
Hotel très beau, très propre, très confortable. Cependant l'arrivée à été compliquée, pendant 20 minutes on nous a demandé le numéro de réservation 4-5 fois, puis on a attendu longtemps avant d'aller leur demander ou ça en était, ils avaient l'air de nous avoir complètement oublié. On était pourtant les seuls à la réception. Le matin vers 6h il y a une annonce dans des hauts parleurs très fort et des familles d'indonesiens avec enfants se jettent dans la piscine des 6h30 en hurlant (adultes et enfants), tout cela à côté de la réception et personne ne leur dit rien. On a bien essayé de leur expliqué qu'il était tôt et qu'on dormait, ils ont rigolé et n'ont pas arrêté d'hurler. En plus des enfants du personnel qui passe devant les chambres en criant... bref à éviter si vous voulez dormir après 6h du matin.

ジョグジャで低価格でもリゾート感を楽しめるホテル
古いホテルではあるが、とても清潔に保たれている。周辺は静かだが、徒歩圏内にはレストランやバー、屋台が多く立ち並ぶ。ジョグジャでの滞在がとても快適だった。

Nice hotel Building
It was very nice to stay at the Grand Palace. The Pool is nice and everything is clean. Its just a pitty that there are only three comfortable chairs at the pool. The staff is Politly and helps you. The City is by walking 4 min away.

My friends and I were blown away by the excellent service and hisrendered by the hotel staff. The hotel staff never fails to amaze and try their best to fulfill our requests regardless the timing. You can see the effort that the staff put in to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would recommend it to anyone:)

Not a three star/you get what you pay for.
I've stayed here twice. The reason is that it's an interesting place to stay and it's incredibly cheap. But be forewarned that a) the wifi is the slowest of any hotel I've stayed at in the area and b) you roll the dice on if your stay is worth it or not because they (like many other hotels) like to book themselves out to conventions and events. The only difference here is that unlike other traditionally laid out hotels with floors and elevators, the place has an open courtyard with a pool. If there's an event you're probably going to see it, hear it, etc even if hiding in your room. And with all the people the wifi will be even slower. Yes they have a restaurant on site but it's expensive and the food isn't great. There's no gym on site, just that pool, so exercise it almost out. The bed was actually two beds pushed together, it was noisy and caved in the middle. In all, again, the only reason to come here is the price. but you get what you pay for.

A short family gateaway
We used this hotel as a base to visit tourist attractions such as Borobodor, Prambanan, Ullen Sentalu , Merapi Mountain , Batu Boko , Water Castle and The Sultan's Palace (Keraton) .The ambiance of this hotel is nice with good mature garden and it is located near to the Keraton and local wet market. This hotel doesn't have lift so be prepared to walk up the stairs with your bags. Do not bother to buy room with breakfast (Nothing to die for). Air condition is not cold enough. If you are health conscious don't stay here because people smokes everywhere * ( even in cafe.) I had to forgo my breakfast because guests smokes even while dining at the cafe ( It is health hazards to others so I hope the hotel management will do something about this)

Don't get fooled by its name.
It is supposed to be a 5 star but perhaps 3 and a half. It is rather small even the rooms are quite small for 2 people. But very clean and the swimming pool was also small. They should change the name to a boutique hotel instead. The staff are very helpful and arranged a massage service which is not in the hotel anymore. The hotel is quite far away from the center so not so convenient but I lilke it here. Less touristy. Do not go to Relax and Rest spa nearby. The rates are as high as in house spa services and the masuese was horrible and the room and mattress was bad. Use the hotel spa instead and it is only slightly more expensive but much better.

Semua sih ok baik pelayanan, kondisi bangunana bahkan kolam renangnya... Hanya satu yg disayangkan.. AC di kamar tempat saya menginap tdk membuat ruangan kamar menjadi sejuk... Yg ada anak dan istri saya gerah sepanjang malam... Mungkin perlu diperiksa semua kondisi AC yg ada. Tapi pelayanan ok krn Sudah ditawarkan utk pindah kamar tapi ribet krn bawa 2 baby dengan banyak bawaan... Hehehe

beautiful building but room needs improvement
Building was really typical and beautiful. Staff was friendly but spoke hardly any English and could not provide any advice on touristic location. Cleanliness of room was average, bathroom was really old and had a bad smell. Towels were overused. Buffet breakfast was ok.

Phantastisches Hotel mit günstigem Preis.
Großartiges Ambiente. Saubere Zimmer. Schöner Garten mit herrlichem Pool. Gutes Essen und nur wenige Minuten von einer Essen-Strasse entfernt. Nur bestens zu empfehlen.

noisy room on pool side, not recommended. breakfast usual indo mie goreng and nasi goreng, good if wanna stay couple nights in area where are plenty of western restaurants. easy access to Parangtritis beach in 40min.

But firstly i apologize if you were disturbed with the noisy sound on pool side. We had full occupancy that time. About our breakfast, i wonder because we never served that brand to our beloved guest for breakfast, but maybe you meant fried noodle, plus fried rice, bread, or croissants, fruit slices, and juices. Now gladly i inform you that we have new menus for our breakfast. You can enjoy variety of delicious breakfast every morning. Good hotel but bathrooms are in need of renovation
Good hotel in good location and staff are nice! Problems with drainage so we had flooding in the bathroom in the mornings. The bathrooms looks very old and need a proper renovation.
