In dit zonnige, vrolijke huis zult u dol zijn op de hardhouten vloeren en keramische tegelvloeren in de keuken en badkamers. De grote omheinde veranda verwelkomt u en u zult houden om rond te hangen na een dag op het strand.
Er is genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om te hangen op de eerste verdieping met een grote woonkamer met sfeervolle open haard en slaapbank (als een familielid komt voor een nacht). Genieten van maaltijden en bordspellen in de aparte lichte eetkamer met ingebouwde china hok. Krijg avondeten klaar in de volledig gevulde zonnige keuken. Geen behoefte om te blijven draaien op de bovenverdieping met een half badkamer op de eerste verdieping! Een geweldige bonus afgeschermde in veranda achter het huis waar iedereen nog op kan komen voor de lunch met hun badpakken. Of terug te komen aan het eind van het strand dag en laat al hun spullen, of gewoon zitten en te praten met mensen in de keuken. WiFi inbegrepen.
Air Conditioning op de eerste en tweede verdieping voor die zeldzame super warme dagen.
Wees klaar om te vechten over wie de 2 van de 3 slaapkamers krijgt met een Ocean View! De 2e verdieping heeft een complete badkamer met douche / bad, 3 slaapkamers (2 kamers hebben 1 tweepersoonsbed, 1 heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden) en nieuw tapijt op de gehele tweede verdieping! Maak uw reservering voordat het te laat is.
Steenworp afstand van Short Sands en een paar straten van Long Sands Beach. Op loopafstand van Vuurtoren. Gewoon lopen de heuvel af naar alle van de binnenstad van York Beach, met zijn muziektent, Ellis Park, speeltuin, basketbalvelden, winkels en Goldenrod taffy geniet!

We hebben ook een grotere 5 en 8 slaapkamers, die ook beschikbaar zijn. Vraag voor meer informatie als je geïnteresseerd bent.

Easy visit to short sands

This rental week be an easy rebook for me and my family. Everyone enjoyed their rooms, and the screened in front porch was an amazing easy to spend down time between trips to the beach. The beach was so close we were walking from the rental to short sands 3+ times a day. And let me say that Sarah is a fantastic host. Book this rental with confidence!

Amazing location!

This house is in the absolute best location! 2 minute easy walk to short sands and easy 6 minute walk to long sands. Sarah was very communicative and helpful. The front porch is great for sitting and visiting while the kids play. The house was spotless. Outdoor shower was a great treat. Walked everywhere from beach to shops to restaurants, playgrounds, park etc. house is relaxing and calm. Parking was easy. Would 100% rent this property again!

Vacation 2022

We had a wonderful week! Location was perfect, a short 2 minute walk to short sands beach. Sarah was very responsive- when we needed new lightbulbs for the bathroom she had them there the same day. Didn’t use back porch as it was much to hot during our stay..did sit on front porch when it wasn’t too humid-only thing I wish was that seats on front porch were a little higher to see out (not really a complaint, just a wish). Overall a nice place to stay,can’t wait for next year.

Great week!

We loved our stay on York— we’ve been coming annually for a long time, but with a toddler we decided it would be better to have a house to come home to. This really worked out for us! The house is very welcoming. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook, and there is plenty of space to spread out. We used both porches, and the laundry was a lifesaver. The location is perfect- we walked comfortably to both beaches. Downtown is right around the corner for snacks and coffee. We love when things are walkable, so this location worked out great! Sarah was very communicative and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

The perfect house for us!

My husband has been coming to York every summer since he was a kid and when we got together we decided to continue the tradition. This is the 4th house that we have rented over the years and we finally found a house that we will book again! The house is a great size, there is plenty of space in the rooms and the closets. It is so perfectly located between both beaches and town. The hosts were great, very responsive and even gave us a text reminder to take out the trash! Just a warning that there is no outdoor shower or spigot so things can get a little sandy. And the driveway is very tight on one side but manageable. Overall a really great visit and we can't wait to come back!

Little Yellow Cottage

This house is perfect for your beach vacation! It is a quick walk to the Short Sands Beach, the arcade and the shops. Sarah was very easy to deal with and got back to me right away with any questions. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen and baths were cleaned professionally in between renters but the other areas were done by the previous renter which keeps the cleaning fee down.

Perfect size and location!

5 minutes to Short Sands and 10 minutes to Long Sands. Open, clean and updated. Wonderfully functional! We had a blast and Sarah was the best!

Surpassed expectations!

Wonderful house...Clean, updated, inviting and comfortable with a location that can’t be beat! Very short walk to short sands beach and all the town has to offer and a manageable walk to long sands, even with younger kids. Sarah was accommodating and answered all our questions ahead of our trip and was there to greet us when we arrived to check in. Thank you for a wonderful home for a week and memories to last a lifetime!
