We stayed at this beautiful property as we celebrated our 25th girls weekend for a group of 12. There were plenty of bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, and group seating options. The whole house boasted an indoor music system that we fully took advantage of, as well as a great kitchen with updated appliances. The finished basement with huge couch, TV, dartboard, foosball, and pool table was a bonus!This property is centrally located to enjoy beautiful York and surrounding towns. Our host was extremely helpful as we planned our trip and very communicative. We will definitely come back!

I rented the house for my family to stay in for my son‘s wedding. It was amazing. The location is fantastic, minutes from the beach and a beautiful beach town. The house had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t be happier what a great wonderful place to stay!

My family and I had a great vacation week! The house is equipped with plenty of kitchen and beach supplies, and we especially enjoyed the finished basement game room. The space was very clean and easy to enjoy the whole week through. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great place for our large adult family. We loved the huge wrap around deck with plenty of lounging chairs, and also plenty of outdoor dining seating for all of us to eat outside. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a lovely welcome gift for us when we walked in. The listing was a little confusing. Under the Rooms & Beds layout section Bedroom 6 & 7 didn't exist. The listing is 5 bedrooms, as it states, and there are 3 King beds, A double bed under a twin bunk on the second floor, and a double futon and 6 twin beds in the 3rd floor bedroom, along with a pullout couch in the living room. Other than that the house was in a great location, a 5 min walk to Short Sands beach and 15 min walk to the Nubble lighthouse. An easy drive to route 1 or 95 to go on excursions. The neighborhood was quiet with very few cars. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Great venue close to Short Sands. Perfect gameroom for teens and plenty of entertaining space inside and out. Kitchen is well stocked for any and every meal. Welcome package upon arrival was a great touch !

Maine Trip

This house is in the perfect location to check out the light house and the Short beach nearby. We loved the 'at home' feel while staying here and there was plenty of space for 13 people. I am already trying to find a way back for another trip.

Razzle Dazzle house

We just got back from our 3 night stay at the Razzle Dazzle house, and everyone had a great time! Our group was 9 adults and 7 kids under 7. We all slept comfortably and there was plenty of space to spare. The house is updated, clean and fully stocked. The highlights of the house are the proximity to Short Sands Beach (7-10 min walk) and the restaurant/shopping area, and the sprawling deck with lots of seating options. We drove very little and walked almost everywhere, even with the kids (bring wagons for the walk to the beach and restaurant/shopping area). The communication with Joe, the owner, was seamless. We plan to return next year!

Beautiful House in a Great Spot

Do yourself a favor and stay here. This house was beautiful, spacious, and had all the bells and whistles. We enjoyed hanging out both on the beautiful deck and lawn outside, as well as the beautiful living rooms and awesome game-room style basement. Everybody had a great time here. The beach was also a super short walk away, right up the street. Two thumbs up and would love to come back!

Wedding weekend

This house is simply amazing. Nothing short of fantastic! Enough space for everyone in our wedding party to enjoy their time this weekend. Greg was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions. The house was so clean and if you want to go to a house with ease and location this is it! Nice neighborhood and plenty of parking for all the guest. We hope to come back and stay again!

Family Wedding weekend

The house / property was just as advertised. A group of 10 adult family members shared the house. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and well equipped. For us it was a much better option for the family to connect as opposed to staying in a hotel. If ever in the area again would definitely stay here again and hopefully have more time to enjoy all that the property and the area have to offer.

Fabulous Family House

My entire family loved this property! We cook several meals at the house and this property has everything that you could possibly need. The gas grill appeared to be new which was a pleasant surprise. We also loved the large table outside, so we could all sit together for dinner. The house was clean when we arrived and the owner was extremely responsive.

Great house for a York Beach vacation

We had 9 adults and 5 kids on this vacation and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house is just a short walk to Short Sands Beach, and also not far from Long Sands. The wagon at the house was perfect for lugging beach chairs and toys. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of seating both outdoors and indoors for meals and games. We had a great stay and would definitely rent this house again!

Razzle Dazzle House

Spacious, bed options, perfect location between 2 beaches, great porch —- friendly neighbors! Close to so many activities. Loved the Razzle Dazzle House! Had one issue with the stove and the property manager was in touch quickly to resolve it. The house is also maintenance free. Not alot of rules to close up - seamless. We do this every year with 16 family members. This was one of our top three favorites!

We loved the Razzle Dazzle house

It was a great location for us (short walk to Short Sands and the Goldenrod; quick drive to Nubble and Dunnes). The house it's self was great for our group. The dinning table opened up to fit everybody. We used the grill, the fire pit, the deck, even the washing machines came in handy. Our property manager was very responsive! (We had 8 adults, 2 older teens, and 4 under 6yrs old)
