This newly converted apartment is located on the lower ground floor of a beautiful building right at the heart of the city. Just a stone's throw from the river Ouse, it's perfectly located for all the local attractions and amenities, whether you're celebrating, sightseeing or finishing a hard day's work.

Stepping inside the apartment, guests are greeted by a small entrance hall, the perfect place to drop the bags and kick of those shoes at the end of the day. This leads into a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area, which is full of natural daylight, ideal for socialising with friends and loved ones over a delicious meal or a few glasses of fizz. Whilst retaining a good degree of privacy, the living area has three tall windows with blinds that give views out onto the hustle and bustle of the street below.

The interiors of the apartment have been curated to reflect modern, stylish city living, with comfort always at the forefront. Pops of colour against crisp white walls pay homage to the vibrant diversity of the city.

The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for the duration of your stay, including all crockery and cookware, plus all the necessary appliances, such as kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Close to the kitchen is a compact dining area where guests can enjoy a relaxing takeaway or their morning coffee.

The adjacent living space invites guests to relax in front of a Smart TV, on a sumptuous sofa, which also unfolds into a double bed for two guests: ideal for couples with small children or teenagers.

The first bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, whilst the second bedroom features a zip and link, king size bed which can be configured as two singles. The beds are decorated with soft throws and cushions, and the rooms offer wall mounted TVs, providing the perfect haven to sink into at the end of the day.

Next to the bedrooms is a well-equipped shower room, with everything you need to get ready for that evening out or to wash off the stresses of the day.

Hairdryers, towels, shampoo and shower gel are all provided so there will be more room in your bag for any treats you wish to collect during your stay.

The apartment can be accessed via a lift which provides easier access for those with mobility issues, however, please note there are a couple of steps to access the building.

Parking for the apartment is off-site at Castle Street Car Park and is just an easy 5-minute walk away.
