'I can get nit picky but I'm not going to. For the money this was a very quiet stay in a clean room with excellent owners who are super friendly. My only critiques are please have an outlet near the side of the bed to charge my phone and to offer stream service to log into rather than cable TV. The lights outside our room were so bright that my room never got dark and it made it difficult to sleep. I would stay here again when passing through Norfolk.'

'Staff, as always try their best. Unfortunately this property needs a lot of maintenance and it is long overdue for some new towels, sheets, comforters and some renovations. Understanding this is the Key West Inn and we were not expecting 5-star service or facilities, dingy towels/sheets take you back a little bit. 'there was kind of an odor and the ac was leaking or something. there were also holes from cigarettes or joints in the pillowcases and the bed sheets. one of the pillows didn't even have a pillowcase. was very close to the beach though so that was good'

'The elevator needs to be worked on, it will close on you there is no sensor letting the elevator know that someone is entering, so the door will close even though someone is still entering and it will not open back up. The outdoors pool needed some attention, there were bug floating in the pool which scared my kids, these bugs were still alive. The front fountain needs attention too the water was very dirty. The staff didn't seem very friendly they didn;t greet us like they were having guest, it...
