'Staff was awesome and everything was very clean'

'Wonderful staff, friendly and accommodating at check-in. At check-out I received a friendly greeting while I dropped my key. Breakfast was excellent as well. Comments on property: I found two bugs in my room, I think the changing weather drove them inside but I would encourage increased pest control efforts. '

'Room was dirty on arrival. Dried old food on phone, chairs and table. Carpet was stained and room had an odor. Front desk changed our room, second room was average. The pool area was not maintained well on deck, along with hot tub broken with yellow tape around. We called the day before to book and see if everything was working with a response of yes. 'The continental breakfast was garbage and there's no closet to hang things up in the room. The room was clean.'

'Had a room at the end of the hall which was perfect since we had our dog with us. It was quiet and clean. Staff was really friendly as well. '

'This place was disgusting, the room was filthy and frankly seemed like it was falling down . There was a HUGE PARTY going on in several adjoining rooms with all the doors opened and people all over. There was dirt and mud all over the walls, the bed had huge stains on it. We never stayed, we walked in , felt extremely unsafe and left. The Youngstown Air Force gaurd unit have put this place on their BLACKIST - that's how bad it is '
