'Cassie was extremely responsive and accommodating and she takes pride in the Collier Hotel property. It is clean, comfortable, and neat. All of us appreciate older architecture so we had that added bonus. 'This little house was perfect for our long weekend in Etna California. Very close to town but cozy and quiet. In the morning deer would be eating grass in the backyard. The kitchen is very well stocked and plenty of seating. Didn’t get to use the fireplace, but it looked cute. We would definitely stay here again. '

'Our stay was mostly good with some confusion tossed in. There weren’t enough towels for the four of us, but that was resolved fairly quickly with brand new towels. It was unclear as to who was supposed to be dumping the “tank” and where to empty the trash. It’s a decent trailer, in a convenient location and very reasonable. After an unexpected change in our previously arranged lodging, and despite the confusion, I’m glad it was there!'
