'My fiancé and I came out here with our dog for a small getaway for her birthday. The property is gorgeous and well kept. There is another property attached to the rental, however we had the whole property to ourselves when we went. The studio provided just about everything we needed for our stay and we actually really enjoyed the outdoor shower! 'A wonderful place for our family to stay in Grass Valley! Nice, clean home with a hot tub! Wonderful master bedroom, comfortable bed! Owners are great to work with and reply quickly to any questions. Quiet neighborhood, which is great when relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely book again!'

'It was quiet and peaceful - exactly what we needed. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast. It was nice with full sized appliances. The apartment and bed were comfortable. The view was beautiful and the binoculars were a nice touch. We loved hanging out on the deck. The only negative was the short, deeply pot holed, dirt/gravel road that connected the paved road with the paved driveway. Nice place for a peaceful get away.'

'Cabin was not ready when we checked-in. Thankfully the other cabin was available. The on-site manager did not know we were checking in. Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). '

'We showed up no one answered our phone calles, emails or text messages. Couldnt rebook for the same day. It was jist an overnight trip sp we had to fond a different place to staybefore dark. Was on the phone for over an hour woth VRBRO, they tried to contact the owner as well saying it shouldn't be listed. I have notice it is still on the listing. Be careful have a back up plan.'
