'Let me start by saying the house is beautiful inside and out. From the minute we checked in we tried to get the pool/hot tub to work and the equipment would not work on either. Called the property manager and ran thru the instructions with him and he said they have been having issues with the equipment and said he would come over and look at it which he did.
