'Very clean and nice neighborhood '

'Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.'

'We had 7 people stay here for 7 days. Everything was awesome the beds were comfy check in/out was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and was open to the living room and kitchen was a great size. The pool was clean and perfect for after the lake. We had plenty of room for the truck and boat and other cars. Perfect house for a vacation. We will definitely stay here again!! '

'This host was great! The home had nice comfortable furniture unlike many other listings, the couch was awesome, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything to cook at home plus a bbq with lake views. The location was close to everything with ample parking. We’ll be back again. '

'Nice stay '

'Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to...

'Very happy, the home was so cozy, my furbaby Jack and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. The back yard is big and fenced. Lauren our host was great, so welcoming, very helpful coming over to show me how to work the TV (I'm old school) I really liked the location, on a dead-end street. The front yard is really big, lots of space for vehicles and toys. I highly recommend.'
