'Lovely neighborhood, centrally located, and clean space. There was a helpful map included in the room. Most major points of interest in Kanazawa were a reasonable walk from the location. They ability to do laundry was nice after the busier parts of our trip. It is nice to have an option to sleep on tatami or a modern bed in the same space.'

'The room in the hyatt house hotel is super. It’s spacious, very clean and quiet enough (you can hear the trains though, but not that loud). We enjoyed the free drinks in the lobby. However, we didn’t enjoy breakfast. After many days of having a japanese style breakfast during our journey, we were looking forward to a western style breakfast, one of the reasons why we chose a western style hotel. 'A little nice gem in the heart of Kanazawa. It's hard to believe the building was over 100 years old. Great job on the renovation. The entire suite was great for family and perhaps a group of friends. Hugh and well stocked kitchen on 1st floor, large tatami bedroom and a cozy living room on the 2nd floor. The suite was clean and extremely functional, just like staying at someone's home. Love that there were two toilets, one on each floor. A bathroom with tub was also found on 2nd floor so we...
