'I booked this hotel because there is a free airport shuttle. Mentioned on the website and in Expedia. But I waited almost an hour and no shuttle! Only from the the to the airport and only in the morning?! Why is that not mentioned?? I send a few messages via Expedia to the hotel and never got an answer back! Very bad! 'Nieuw en goed hotel, onze kamer was ruim en comfortabel. De wijk waar het hotel ligt is zeer levendig in de avond en nacht. De ingang van het hotel ligt niet aan de straat maar aan een smalle doorgang. Hierdoor kan je geen taxi reserveren, ook niet op het moment van vertrek.'
